Tabata Weightlifting RigTabata:
- 8 Rounds (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off) of:
- Pull-ups
- Push Press (75/55 lbs)
- Front Squats (75/55 lbs)
- Burpees
Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving to the next movement. Complete 8 rounds in total, alternating between the 4 movements. Score is total reps completed across all movements. Adjust weight as needed to maintain intensity throughout the Tabata.
