Tabata Strength Rig

Tabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest at each station
- Station 1: Pull-ups
- Station 2: Front Squats (95/65 lbs)
- Station 3: Handstand Push-ups
- Station 4: Deadlifts (135/95 lbs)


Instructions:
- Complete all 8 rounds at each station before moving to the next
- Score is total reps completed across all 4 stations
- Rest 1 minute between stations


Notes:
- Scale movements and weights as needed to maintain intensity
- Focus on quality of movement throughout each round
- Keep track of reps for scoring at the end
