Tabata Weightlifting Rig

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
    • Pull-ups
    • Push Press
    • Box Jumps
    • Russian Kettlebell Swings

Equipment:
- Rig
- Kettlebell
- Box


Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest, for a total of 8 rounds. Rest 1 minute between movements. Score is total reps completed across all movements. Choose weights and heights that allow for consistent movement throughout the Tabata intervals.
