Tabata Style:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Deadlifts
    • 10 seconds of Rest

Equipment:
- Barbell
- Plates


Barbell Weight: #225 / #155


Instructions: Perform as many Deadlifts as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Focus on maintaining proper form and technique throughout the workout.
