Tabata Strength Rig

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Ring Rows
    • 10 seconds rest

Instructions:
Perform as many reps as possible of Ring Rows in each 20-second work interval, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Complete a total of 8 rounds. Adjust the difficulty by changing the angle of your body under the rings - the more vertical your body, the easier the movement becomes. Aim to maintain a consistent number of reps throughout all rounds.

- Rig with rings


Notes:
Focus on maintaining good form throughout each round, keeping the body in a straight line and pulling the rings towards the chest. Adjust the difficulty as needed to challenge yourself appropriately.
