Tabata Strength Rig

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Max Rep Pull-ups
    • 10 seconds Rest

Equipment:
- Rig


Instructions:
Perform as many pull-ups as possible in each 20-second work interval, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Aim to maintain consistent effort throughout each round. Adjust difficulty by using different grip variations or adding a weight vest if necessary.
