Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Pull-ups
    • 10 seconds of Rest

Equipment:
- Rig


Instructions:
Perform as many strict or kipping pull-ups as possible within the 20-second work interval, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Adjust difficulty by using bands or adding weight as needed.
