Rounds-for-Time Strength Rig

For Time:
- 5 Rounds
- 5 Deadlifts (#225 / #155)
- 10 Toes-to-Bar
- 15 Box Jumps (24/20)
- 20 Double Unders


Instructions:
- Choose a weight for the deadlifts that allows for unbroken sets.
- Scale the toes-to-bar to hanging knee raises if needed.
- Aim to push the pace on the box jumps and double unders.
- Time Cap: 15 minutes.
