AMRAP Strength RigAMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 5 Ring Muscle-ups
- 10 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
- 15 Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)
Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes. Scale the ring muscle-ups to bar muscle-ups or jumping muscle-ups as needed. Choose a weight for the deadlifts that allows for unbroken sets early on. Aim to keep a steady pace throughout the workout.
