AMRAP Strength Rig

AMRAP in 15 minutes:
- 5 Deadlifts
- 10 Toes-to-Bar
- 15 Box Jumps
- 20 Double Unders


Equipment:
- Rig
- Barbell
- Box
- Jump Rope


Notes:
- Choose a challenging weight for the deadlifts that allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout.
- Scale the toes-to-bar to hanging knee raises if needed.
- Box height should be set to a challenging but manageable height for efficient box jumps.
- Scale the double unders to single unders or lateral hops if needed.
