EMOM Strength Rig

EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • 5 Deadlifts
  • 5 Pull-ups

Barbell Weight: 70% of 1RM
Pull-up Modification: Ring Rows


Instructions: Perform 5 deadlifts and 5 pull-ups at the start of every minute for 20 minutes. Focus on maintaining good form and technique throughout the workout. Adjust the weight and pull-up modification as needed to challenge yourself.
