EMOM for 20 minutes:


  • Odd Minutes: 5 Back Squats at 80% of 1RM
  • Even Minutes: 5 Strict Pull-ups

Equipment: Barbell, Pull-up Bar


Notes: This workout focuses on building strength with heavy back squats and strict pull-ups. Make sure to choose a weight for the back squats that challenges you but allows you to maintain good form throughout the EMOM.
