    • 20 seconds of Pull-Ups
    • 10 seconds of Rest

- Pull-Up Bar on Rig


Instructions:
Perform as many strict or kipping pull-ups as possible in each 20-second work interval, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Aim for consistent effort throughout all 8 rounds.
