Tabata Strength:


  • 8 Rounds, 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest:
    • Ring Muscle-ups
    • Handstand Push-ups

Equipment:
- Rings
- Wall for handstand push-ups


Instructions:
Perform as many reps as possible in each 20-second work interval, alternating between ring muscle-ups and handstand push-ups. Rest for 10 seconds between each round. Score is total reps completed across all rounds.
