Tabata Strength Rig

Tabata Strength Workout:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of strict pull-ups
    • 10 seconds rest

Equipment:
- Rig


Instructions:
Perform as many strict pull-ups as possible in each 20-second work interval, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Total workout time is 4 minutes. Adjust difficulty by modifying grip or adding weight if needed.
