EMOM Skill RigEMOM for 20 minutes:
- Odd Minutes: 5 Bar Muscle-ups
- Even Minutes: 10 Handstand Push-ups
Equipment: Rig
Instructions: Perform 5 Bar Muscle-ups at the start of each odd minute and 10 Handstand Push-ups at the start of each even minute. Rest for the remainder of the minute before starting the next set. Adjust the number of reps as needed to maintain intensity throughout the 20 minutes. This workout will challenge both your pulling and pushing strength, as well as your gymnastic skills.
