AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 5 Pull-ups
  • 10 Push-ups
  • 15 Air Squats
  • 20 Kettlebell Swings

Equipment:
- Rig
- Kettlebell


Notes:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Scale pull-ups to jumping pull-ups or ring rows if needed. Adjust kettlebell weight as necessary. Push yourself to keep moving and maintain a steady pace throughout the workout.
