- 10 seconds of rest
Barbell: #135 / #95
Instructions: Perform as many Power Snatches as possible in the 20-second work interval, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Make sure to focus on good form and technique throughout each interval.
