Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:


    • 20 seconds of Deadlifts
    • 10 seconds of Rest
  • 8 rounds of:


    • 20 seconds of Pull-ups
    • 10 seconds of Rest

Equipment:
- Barbell
- Pull-up Bar


Instructions:
- Perform as many reps as possible within the 20-second work interval, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next exercise.
- Focus on maintaining good form and technique throughout each round.
- Scale the weight and movement variations as needed to maintain intensity.
