AMRAP Strength RigAMRAP in 20 minutes:
- 5 Ring Muscle-ups
- 10 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
- 15 Box Jumps (24/20 in)
Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes. Scale the ring muscle-ups to jumping ring muscle-ups or ring rows as needed. Adjust the weight of the deadlift and height of the box jump to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
