AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 5 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 10 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20)
  • 15 Deadlifts (225/155)

Notes: This workout combines gymnastics, cardio, and strength movements. Scale the ring muscle-ups to chest-to-bar pull-ups or ring rows as needed. Make sure to maintain proper form on the deadlifts to prevent injury. Good luck!
