  • 20 seconds of Power Snatches
  • 10 seconds of rest

Barbell Weight: 95/65 lbs


Instructions: Perform as many Power Snatches as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Focus on maintaining good form and speed throughout each round.
