- 50 Pull-ups
- 40 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
- 30 Toes-to-Bar
- 20 Hang Power Cleans (135/95 lbs)
- 10 Shoulder to Overhead (185/125 lbs)
Time Cap: 20 Minutes
Instructions:
Complete each exercise before moving on to the next. Scale weights as needed to maintain good form throughout the workout. Make sure to properly warm up and cool down to prevent injury.
