- 2 Overhead Squats
Barbell: #135 / #95
Instructions: Start each minute with 1 Power Snatch, followed by 2 Overhead Squats. Rest for the remainder of the minute. Each round should take no more than 30 seconds to complete, allowing for 30 seconds of rest before the next round.
