Tabata Weightlifting:


  • 8 Rounds (20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest) of:
    • Deadlifts
    • Hang Power Cleans
    • Front Squats
    • Shoulder to Overhead

Barbell: Choose a weight that allows for proper form throughout the workout.
Tabata Protocol: Perform each exercise for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement.
Score: Total reps completed across all 8 rounds.
