Tabata Weightlifting Rig

Tabata:
- 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds
- Alternating between:
1. Pull-ups
2. Power Snatches


Equipment:
- Rig
- Barbell


Instructions:
- Perform as many reps as possible in the 20 seconds of work, then rest for 10 seconds before moving to the next movement.
- Aim to keep a consistent pace throughout each round and push yourself to work hard during the work intervals.
- Scale the weight and movement variations as needed to maintain intensity and form.
