  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Pull-ups
    • 10 seconds of Rest

Equipment: Rig


Instructions: Perform as many strict or kipping pull-ups as possible in the 20-second work interval, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Score is total number of pull-ups completed. Make sure to maintain good form throughout each round to prevent injury.
