Tabata Strength Rig

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Deadlifts
    • 10 seconds rest

Equipment:
- Barbell
- Plates


Instructions:
- Perform as many deadlifts as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round.
- Use a challenging weight that allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout.
- Score is the total number of completed deadlifts.
