Tabata Weightlifting Rig

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest
  • Alternating between:
    • Pull-ups
    • Power Snatches (#95 / #65)

Instructions:
Perform as many reps as possible in each 20-second work interval, alternating between pull-ups and power snatches. Rest for 10 seconds between each round. Complete a total of 8 rounds.


Notes:
Scale the weight of the power snatches as needed to maintain good form throughout the workout. If unable to do pull-ups, modify to jumping pull-ups or ring rows.
