AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 5 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 10 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
  • 15 Box Jumps (24/20 in)

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes. Scale the movements and weights as needed to maintain intensity and proper form. Rest as needed between sets to maintain quality of movement.
