- 9 Deadlifts
- 7 Pull-ups
- 5 Handstand Push-ups
Equipment: Barbell, Pull-up bar, Wall for Handstand push-ups
Notes: Perform as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of 9 deadlifts, 7 pull-ups, and 5 handstand push-ups. Rest as needed between rounds to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Adjust the weight and scaling options as needed to maintain proper form and intensity.
