AMRAP Strength Rig

AMRAP in 15 minutes:


  • 5 Ring Muscle-ups
  • 10 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
  • 15 Box Jumps (24/20 in)

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes. Scale the ring muscle-ups to jumping muscle-ups or ring rows as needed. Choose a deadlift weight that allows for unbroken sets. Box jumps should be performed with full extension at the top of each rep.
