EMOM Weightlifting RigEMOM for 20 minutes:
- 5 Power Snatches
- 5 Toes-to-Bar
Barbell: #135 / #95
Instructions: Perform 5 Power Snatches and 5 Toes-to-Bar at the start of every minute for 20 minutes. If you fail to complete the required reps within the minute, rest the next minute and resume the following minute. Adjust the weight as needed to maintain proper form throughout the workout.
