For Time:


  • 50 Pull-ups
  • 40 Kettlebell Swings
  • 30 Box Jumps
  • 20 Deadlifts
  • 10 Handstand Push-ups

Barbell: #185 / #135
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.


Instructions: Perform all movements in order, completing the prescribed number of reps before moving on to the next exercise. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and proper form.
