AMRAP Gymnastics Rig

AMRAP in 20 minutes:


  • 10 Pull-ups
  • 15 Handstand Push-ups
  • 20 Toes-to-bar

Instructions:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of 10 pull-ups, 15 handstand push-ups, and 20 toes-to-bar. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
