Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of strict pull-ups
    • 10 seconds of rest

Equipment:
- Rig


Instructions:
Perform as many strict pull-ups as possible in 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Score is the total number of pull-ups completed. Rest as needed between rounds to maintain intensity.
