    • 20 seconds of Toes to Bar
    • 10 seconds of rest

Instructions:
Perform as many Toes to Bar as possible in each 20-second interval, resting for 10 seconds in between. Aim for consistent reps throughout all 8 rounds. Focus on maintaining good form and engaging your core throughout the movement.
