Tabata Strength Stationary Bike

Tabata Strength Bike Burner:
- 20 seconds of max effort on the stationary bike
- 10 seconds of rest
- Repeat for a total of 8 rounds


Equipment:
- Stationary Bike


Instructions:
- Set the stationary bike to a challenging resistance level
- Pedal as hard as you can for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds
- Repeat for a total of 8 rounds
- Focus on generating power and pushing through the burn
