Tabata Cardio Stationary Bike

Tabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest on the stationary bike


Instructions:
- Set the stationary bike to a challenging resistance level
- Pedal as fast as possible for 20 seconds during each work interval
- Rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round
- Complete 8 total rounds for a total of 4 minutes of work
- Push yourself to maintain a high intensity throughout each round


Score: Total distance covered on the bike in 4 minutes
