Tabata:


  • 20 seconds of max effort on the Stationary Bike
  • 10 seconds of rest
  • Repeat for a total of 8 rounds

Instructions:
- Set the Stationary Bike to a challenging resistance level
- Push yourself to maintain a high intensity throughout each 20-second interval
- Rest during the 10-second intervals to recover slightly before the next round
