- 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest on the Stationary Bike
Instructions:
- Set the Stationary Bike to a challenging resistance level
- During the 20 seconds of work, pedal as hard and fast as possible
- Use the 10 seconds of rest to catch your breath and prepare for the next round
- Complete 8 total rounds for a total of 4 minutes of intense cardio workout
