  • Assault Bike (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off) x 8 rounds

Skill:


  • Handstand Push-ups (10 minutes to practice and work on technique)

Notes:
- For the Assault Bike, push yourself to maintain a high intensity during the 20 seconds of work.
- During the Skill portion, focus on proper form and gradually progress to more challenging variations of the handstand push-up.
- Adjust the seat and handlebar height on the Assault Bike to ensure proper positioning and comfort during the workout.
