Tabata Cardio Stationary Bike

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of max effort on the stationary bike
    • 10 seconds of rest

Instructions:
- Set the stationary bike to a challenging resistance level.
- Push yourself to pedal as fast as you can during the 20-second work intervals.
- Use the 10-second rest periods to recover slightly before the next round.
- Complete 8 total rounds for a total of 4 minutes of intense cardio.
- Make sure to warm up properly before starting this workout.
