Tabata Skill Stationary Bike

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds max effort on Stationary Bike
    • 10 seconds rest
  • Skill work for 10 minutes on handstand holds or handstand push-ups

Equipment:
- Stationary Bike
- Wall for handstand holds or handstand push-ups


Instructions:
- Alternate between 20 seconds of max effort on the Stationary Bike and 10 seconds of rest for a total of 8 rounds.
- After completing the bike intervals, spend 10 minutes working on handstand holds or handstand push-ups. Focus on form and technique during this skill work.
- Push yourself during the bike intervals and work on improving your handstand skills during the skill portion of the workout.
