Tabata Strength Stationary Bike

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of max effort on the stationary bike
    • 10 seconds of rest

Strength:


  • 5 rounds for time:
    • 10 Deadlifts (#225 / #155)
    • 15 Push-ups

Instructions:
- Complete the Tabata portion first, giving your all during the 20 seconds of work on the stationary bike.
- Rest for a few minutes before moving on to the Strength portion.
- Focus on maintaining good form during the Deadlifts and Push-ups to maximize the benefits of the strength workout.
- Time yourself for the 5 rounds and try to push through each round as efficiently as possible.
