Tabata Weightlifting Stationary Bike

Tabata Style (8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest):


  • Stationary Bike (Max Effort)
  • Deadlifts (155/105 lbs)

Instructions:
- Alternate between 20 seconds of max effort on the stationary bike and 20 seconds of deadlifts.
- Rest for 10 seconds between each round.
- Complete a total of 8 rounds (4 rounds on the bike, 4 rounds of deadlifts).
- Score is total reps completed on the deadlifts.
