Tabata Weightlifting Assault Bike

Tabata:
- Assault Bike (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off, for 8 rounds)
- Power Snatches (75/55 lbs) (20 seconds on, 10 seconds off, for 8 rounds)


Instructions:
Perform 20 seconds of max effort on the Assault Bike followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 8 rounds. Immediately transition to Power Snatches and perform 20 seconds of max effort followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds. Rest 1 minute between the Assault Bike and Power Snatch Tabatas. Score is total reps completed for both movements combined.
