  • 10 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)
  • 15/12 Calorie Assault Bike
  • 5 Power Snatches (135/95 lbs)

Instructions:
- Perform as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes, cycling through the deadlifts, Assault Bike calories, and power snatches.
- Push the pace on the Assault Bike to maximize rounds completed.
- Choose weights that allow for consistent movement throughout the workout.
