Tabata Weightlifting Resistance Band

Tabata Workout:


  • 8 Rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
    1. Resistance Band Deadlifts
    2. Resistance Band Bent Over Rows
    3. Resistance Band Thrusters

Instructions:
- Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving onto the next movement.
- Complete 8 rounds in total, alternating between the three movements.
- Choose a resistance band that challenges you for each movement.
- Focus on maintaining good form throughout the workout.
