Chipper Strength Resistance Band

For Time:


  • 50 Resistance Band Pull-Aparts
  • 40 Resistance Band Bicep Curls
  • 30 Resistance Band Rows
  • 20 Resistance Band Deadlifts
  • 10 Resistance Band Push Press

Resistance Band: Use a medium to heavy resistance band for all movements.


Time Cap: 20 Minutes.


Instructions: Complete all reps of each movement before moving on to the next. Choose a resistance band that challenges you but allows you to maintain proper form throughout the workout. Focus on controlled movements and full range of motion.
