Chipper Strength Resistance BandFor Time:
- 50 Resistance Band Pull-Aparts
- 40 Resistance Band Bicep Curls
- 30 Resistance Band Rows
- 20 Resistance Band Deadlifts
- 10 Resistance Band Push Press
Resistance Band: Use a medium to heavy resistance band for all movements.
Time Cap: 20 Minutes.
Instructions: Complete all reps of each movement before moving on to the next. Choose a resistance band that challenges you but allows you to maintain proper form throughout the workout. Focus on controlled movements and full range of motion.
